Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return:

  • the journal must be unused
  • in original condition
  • with original packaging


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
